Oakland, CA rapper D.Willz teams up with DJ ill Will & DJ Rockstar to drop his first official mixtape "Hood Pop". For the past 6 months D.Willz has created a substantial buzz on the web averaging over 15,000 downloads per leak on www.hotnewhiphop.com. The mixtape includes fifteen original songs written by D. Willz and produced by Mark Kragen. The music video for the lead single "Watermelon" is set to hit programers desks across the nation within the next few weeks and will follow in the footsteps of the success of MTV debuted singles, "Cash my Check" and "Liquor Store".
